Free: October to December 2026 with every day page. The other months are greyed out.

School breaks only show up if you have picked a region.
Extra days from your country's calendar (e.g. bank or half-day holidays). They are listed in the calendar but don't count as days off. Which ones exist depends on the country.
First day of the week in the month and year grids.
Without day pages, only the month pages and, optionally, the week overview are left.
Only with the Week overview extra: all weeks of a month together after the month page, or each one right before the first day of its week (Monday or Sunday, depending on your week start).
How the writing area on the day pages looks.
The month rail always sits on the side of your non-dominant hand.
E.g. “Lena’s Year” or your name. Leave empty for no text.
Fields at the bottom of every day page, separated by commas, with an optional unit in brackets, e.g. “Weight (kg), Note”. Up to 6 fields of 20 characters. Leave empty for no row.
